Conditions Black Friday promotion
During Black Friday and December there are certain cool promotions where we give away nice items. This happens above a certain amount.
If items are exchanged or routed and you arrive below the requested amount (€97.95). Then we would like to see the gifts again when exchanging or returning. To prevent misuse of the promotion, we naturally check all exchanges and returns. If something is missing, we will charge costs.
We give away 1 goodie bag per order. We have a total of 400 goodie bags to give away. So be there on time.
The costs for return shipping are at your own expense (we will only reimburse it if our customer service has provided sizing advice) . Always make sure that your name is written somewhere on your return or exchange so that we know who it came from. Also make sure you get a track and trace so that if something goes wrong, there is proof of shipment that you can prove to us.
We must have received the return shipment within 14 calendar days of the return request. After receipt of the return shipment, the desired item will be sent, if you have opted for exchange. Please note that this happens within 14 days. Packages from Belgium can be returned to the address on the package via PostNL or DHL.

Exchanges are just as simple as returning them and we will help you find the right size again. When you return the package, you can write down your wishes on a note so that we can provide you with the correct size. We would of course like to see you shine with HUGE items. Upon receipt, we will immediately ensure that we send you the new size, for which you will also receive tracking.
Are your items not entirely to your liking? Then you can send this back to us. The requirements for a return are that the clothing has not been worn, not washed and in the original condition as received. The clothing is checked to process it as a return. If you do not meet these requirements, we cannot process the return. With the Black Friday gift, it is checked whether all gifts are included in the exchange. If this is not the case, costs will be charged for this.
